  1. Preparation -- gather all equipment and supplies
  2. Apply disinfectant to toilets, sinks and urinals
  3. Fill all dispensers
  4. Clean/disinfect restroom surfaces
  5. Empty trash and replace liners
  6. Sweep and mop floor

Ten Most Frequently Neglected Surfaces when Cleaning Restrooms

  1. Inside the door to the toilet stall
  2. Under lip of the toilet or urinal
  3. Ceiling vents
